Pre-Sale:

If you have any questions or concerns about an item, please contact us via email BEFORE the sale. If you would like to see additional photographs of the item you are considering, please contact us and we will be more than happy to send them to you. This is same for any additional details. Again, our goal is to insure that you are happy with your purchase.

Inventory:

All items and pricing are subject to change without notice. We are willing to work with you so please contact us if you see an item change or become removed from our inventory.
Returns and Refunds:

If you would like to return an item, we must hear from you via email within 3 days of receiving an item to receive authorization for a refund. After 3 days, we will no longer accept the return request. Once you have obtained authorization, you need to return the item in the condition it was received as soon as possible by first class or priority mail, insured. The item MUST be not be opened or it will not be accepted.  The return authorization will expire after 10 days.  Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer for all returns. You will be refunded the purchase price, less shipping and a 10% restocking fee. Refunds are given via PayPal. The refund process can take up to 3-4 days, once the item has been received and cleared.

Shipping:

All shipping is done via the UPS.   We ship domestically and internationally. Shipping is based upon weight of the items. We reserve the right to adjust shipping on all orders based on location. For example, in some cases of international orders adjustments will be required and thus billed to you. If you are outside of the United States feel free to contact us prior to ordering to confirm shipping.
